Welcome to Clover B Ranch. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservations & Payments

Reservations are required for all rides.
A deposit is taken when reservation is made.
Remaining balance is due after your ride, as specified.
A small online booking fee is added by our secure booking partner to keep your reservation easy and reliable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days prior to reservation will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation will forfeit deposit.
Cancellations made day of will result in 100% charge.
Rides may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or trail conditions for safety reasons.

Rider Requirements

Riders must meet all fitness, age, height, and weight requirements for horse safety.
Helmets are provided for all riders. They are not mandatory.
We do not recommend riding for elderly guests with mobility or balance concerns.

Liability

All riders are required to sign a liability waiver before participating.
Clover B Ranch and its staff are not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation in ranch activities.

Weather & Trail Conditions

Montana weather can change quickly. We reserve the right to adjust, delay, or cancel rides for the safety of guests and horses.
